Hi. This is me. Welcome! My disclaimer: This is a casual journal, not a dissertation. Therefore, please disregard any punctuational, grammatical and spelling mistakes I am sure to make. Enjoy!

Well, um . . hi. Here is a much needed update on me, if anyone still reads this thing. Still working at the church. still dating the same boy. I moved, but i am less that 2 miles from my old apartment. Parents in Alamaba, sister in california, San Fransisco.

The past couple of years have been rough, but today i'm good. I am slowly finding and getting rid of the little things that add up to 1 big miserable me. I have had to cut all the caffeine and artificial sweeteners out of my diet, and reduce the amount of sugar overall. (I guess i should stop sniffing glue, too :> ) It was like giving up a part of my body, but getting it out of my system really helped me feel more energized, have fewer headaches, and get rid of all the little aches and pains that seemed to pop up perpetually. That, plus a nice hearty dose of anti-d's to put a rosy tint to the world. I don't think i am at 100% by any means, but it feels like 100% improvement from the way i was feeling a year ago. (of course, 0 x 100 is still zero . . .)

But i don't want this to turn into a medical symptom diary, so on to a different subject:
Help! Bob Ross has brainwashed me and now all I see is happy trees! For my birthday this past year, i took up painting. to date, i have painted 4 paintings, and i think maybe one of them looks realy good. It is very enjoyable. Jeremy says that they look like "my world", which is good, since i am making up "my world" as i go along! :D

I was blessed with a TiVo for christmas last year--if i were stranded on a dessert island with only 1 item, my tivo would be my pick. . . .ok, maybe not, but i love it! Get one! All of you! I heart tivo. I have become hooked on Lost, House, CSI, and Conan O'Brien, and i am either not at home or asleep when they are on tv--but i can still watch them! hehehe.

Wow, it is really raining outside! It was over 60 yesterday--in Ohio--in January!! It looks like monsoon season in the tropics out there! I'm not sure i want to venture outside today.

I hope it is dryer where you are.
Have a great day .
